As I mentioned in the email, we will need volunteers on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday to help get the banquet room ready for Saturday night. We also need classmates who can help with giving out the Registration Bags for guests who have registered and/or purchased raffle/gift prize drawing tickets for Saturday night as well as the special purchased buffet on Sunday morning. Even providing one to two hours would really be a big help. On Thursday, volunteers will be provided with delicious sandwiches while we decorate the room.
If you can help at multiple days or times, please indicate in the survey. We can really use some extra help to make this a great weekend and ensure all the processes run smoothly.

At the Patriot: We need help on Friday afternoon at 4:00 pm to check-in the guests coming to eat dinner and listen to music at 7:00 pm. We will issue special wristbands to pre-registered guests since we reached capacity and want to ensure our classmates get seating in the private back room.
I will help at the Patriot Registration Table at 4:00 pm.

Where are you staying during your time in Ridgecrest? It is helpful to know who is staying at or near the event venue. This also helps us when arranging carpooling for the Patriot or Burroughs Campus Tour.
